Tracks

Track and carriers are an integral part of the long life and smooth operation of the Corflex accordion door. Each model uses 4-wheel tandem carriers on the leading post and 2-wheel intermediate carriers 18"-21" OC full width of the openings, providing a proper distribution of weight for easier operation.

#50 Heavy duty aluminum track

May be installed recessed or exposed. Standard with series 1500, 2000 and 3100.

#16 Track

Heavy duty extruded aluminium with built-in ceiling saver. Available for all series.

#18 Track

Heavy duty extruded aluminium with built-in ceiling saver. For direct attachment to finish ceiling. No auxiliary trim strip needed. Available for all series.

Channels

Recommended for recessed installations. Channel provides smooth, straight ceiling lines; aids subsequent track installation. Flanges on both sides protect ceiling. Primed off white.

Options

Crossover Switch

Crossover Switch permits partitions to pass through intersections.

Glide Switch

Glide Switch moves from straight onto curved track; permits partition to be used in an alternate track at right angles to the main run, or to stack parallel along the wall.

Curved tracks

Available in type #50 and #16 track.
Stock Curves: 1066 mm (3'6") and 1524 mm (5'0").
Custom curves to specification.
No structural modifications required.
Curved installations require extra door fullness.

S Curves

Standard 254 mm (10") offset available in #50 and #16 track only. Custom curves also available.
